Carl retired from a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing and currently runs a business engaged in private 5G networks. . He holds a B.S. in Biology and has been a long time leader with the S.E. Wisconsin Libertarians. He is currently a candidate for Wisconsin's 66th Assembly District. Carl was motivated to complete the Campaign Manager Certification classes by a desire to see more Libertarian candidates on the ballot.
