Evan is Chair of Libertarian Party of Indiana. Evan has been an active member of the LP for over ten years serving as former Executive Director of the Libertarian National Campaign Committee (LNCC), former At-Large Rep on the Libertarian National Committee (LNC), and campaign manager or advisor for several high profile campaigns. He will be sharing his knowledge on Federal Election Commission (FEC) matters.
